Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data — your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
Practice sessions — when you finish a session while signed in, we store the text transcript of the conversation and the scorecard we generate from it, so you can review your history and progress.
Payments — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we store only your subscription status.

How your voice is processed

During a live session your audio is streamed to our voice infrastructure (Vapi) for real-time transcription and AI responses, and transcripts are analysed by Anthropic Claude to produce your scorecard. We do not store audio recordings. In the no-signup demo, nothing is saved at all — the scorecard disappears when you leave the page.

Your controls

You can delete any practice session from your account, and you can ask us to delete your entire account and all associated data at any time. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your transcripts to train models.
